The Cecilia Chorus of New York has spent more than a century bringing choral music to New York audiences. As Publicity Chair, I helped evolve its visual identity and communications into a more cohesive system, flexible across channels and strong enough for future volunteers to build upon.

From Individuals to Ensemble

Great creative depends on more than a design system. Behind the scenes, I reorganized volunteers into discipline-based teams that encouraged collaboration instead of isolated work. I also created an archival framework that made assets easier to find, reuse, and build upon season after season.
