Dec 2022 Demand Gen for Certificates of Deposit

In early 2022, I wrote an email to generate demand for Certificates of Deposit at USAA. Unbeknownst to me, it had become the “champion” their internal team had tried to beat every month since.

At the end of the year, they challenged me to create an even more effective email. 

We succeeded.

By leveraging a “newsletter” style approach, open-rate, click-through rate, and application rate all increased, making this the new champion their team had to content with.
